The 12 [STLD] specilized TLD constituenc, Report requested by users
a) had been also supported by Gene Marsh
b) belongs to an area wher more profesionnal participate whor are 
necessarily spending their Xmas and New Year days on their email
c) in spite of that I collected un large number of questions belonging to a 
DNSO.STLD. As requested by Peter the target was not to rise discussion and 
starte a debate but to collect exmaples of the concerns of such a center of 
interests.
