Re: [wg-review] Bill of Particulars

Now if that isn't the pot calling the kettle black. Ken Stubbs who just from
the short time I've been on the list has shown to be the biggest whiner of
all. Earlier threatening to take your toys and go home because I wasn't
playing the games he wanted to play.

You obviously are not that well informed about Nonprofit Entities ken. If
their bylaws do not state their purpose is contributing money to ICANN, then
it doesn't matter how much money they have they can't cut the check.
Secondly your statement below "educational institutions, non-profit
foundations etc. are all funded in order to make them viable & effective."
Not true either. Not all nonprofits and educational institutions are well
funded. Your lack of knowledge in this area astounds me.

You posted "let me try to tackle this one real quick milton"
While you may understand many technical aspects and a few political ones,
Ken. Maybe you shouldn't have tackled this one so quick.
