There's nothing surprising in it, really, when you consider that
Theresa Swinehart, the so-called DNSO Secretary, who does all the
DNSO's communications (see above), was a member of the IAHC and has
been part of CORE since it began. BTW, so is Roberto Gaetano, the
Chair of the GA.
