This WG has not received formal confirmation from the NC that the  "approved
terms of reference", (as mentioned by one member of this list), supercedes
the terms of reference posted by the Chair to this WG on 12/23.
Consequently, members of this WG may conclude that the terms of reference
dated 12/23 remains its mission. Members also note that the NC questionnaire
(which forms the substance of the aforementioned "approved terms of
reference")  is part of the mission, but is not deemed to be the whole
mission.
