I believe that is incorrect. No one has yet argued against the "consensus
training" proposal - even those who don't think consensus is achievable.
Near-consensus has been achieved on the desirability of a constituency for
"personal/individual domain name holders", and serious discussions are
occuring on other topics.

While this is an important issue and one of great interest to many of us,
it is both outside any reasonable interpretation of the charter for this
WG, and off-topic for this thread. Could you help us focus on our mission -
whichever one of them we're operating under?
