[wg-review] (IDNH) Terms of Reference

Does anybody on this List wonder why companies like Procter and Gamble can get away with registering and SELLING domains like FLU.COM &
HEADACHE.COM without being labelled as "cybersquatters"? There are in fact Live and pending US, UK, & Canadian Trademarks for both words, none
of them by P&G. Interestingly, the word `headache' is trademarked by Hasbro, Inc. One wonders why there's no news of a suit yet... I guess the libellious
slander term "cybersquatter" applies only to the little people (IDNHs) and NOT the corporate giants. I suppose SIZE is everything after all! I wonder if we
might not also wish to substantiate a definition of the term "cybersquatter" along with one for "domain name".
