Well, the threads "The Number 1 Problem" and "Confusion between Majority
vote and consensus" are a start in that area, with over 20 people posting
on-topic on those topics, so far. Oddly enough, it's one of the few areas
we've actually had good dialogue in.
One of the things we've been discovering is that "consensus" doesn't really
mean "consensus as it is normally understood" in the DNSO and ICANN
structure, so what started out as a discussion about how to improve the
process has detoured a little into "what formal consensus is and how it works".
