[wg-review] Joop: Election Administrator

Hello Joop and all,

For the record, I think I have to publicly announce that
Joop has been designated as "Election Administrator"
as of January 5th, which was later supposed to go to the list and
could not be done properly due to my personal situation.

Appreciating Joop for his wonderful jobs despite his holidays
I also feel sorry not for making it for the list.
