I would hope so, If I recall rightly, YJ mentioned that some 70 people
dropped the WG, and that for a lot of them it was the volume of email. If
somewhere between 25% and 33% of interested people drop because of the
method we're using, it seems to suggest email lists don't promote inclusion.

No, actually it doesn't. It assumes that you establish general and explicit
