The statement by the esteemed Mr. Crispin is not complete. The Courts and the
Attorney General and Secretary of State generally would intervene should such a
scenario exist. Just like a reorganization under bankruptcy laws, corporations
often get extremely well straightened out under direct court supervision. If all
of this talk of malfeasance on behalf of OUR corporation is true this will
eventually happen and not all to the bad either.
