Re: [wg-review] Clarifications requested

Kent and all,

First, let us think of why we are doing this review process.
The answer is simple and clear.

"We want to see DNSO workable within ICANN."

Are we doing review process through WG model to show off
"DNSO is trying at its best!" implementing bottom-up approach
described in white paper which could be its natural mandate for
both dnso and icann? NO.

We are struggling from the DNSO's substantial troubles to solve
them not to just touch them.

To have real solutions for dnso, let this small group who committed to
itself to suggesting their recommendations to dnso have enough working
days to do so. No reason to hurry up. No reason to wrap up this group.

According to this below schedule, it is very likely that this whole review
process will end up with ICANN frills.

At least this schedule has five days for NC to review prior to NC call,
which has been rare, the result can be very obvious based upon the
accumulated practice in the NC.

"NC recommends ICANN staff to come up with its final document for
public comment......" which doesn't solve dnso's problem at all.

We are going back to WG A, B and C story which ended up with
ICANN staff's professional hard works.

I am sure people here want to keep ICANN/DNSO.
That's why we all are keen to make it work out!

Please, let this group reach their own position before DNSO/NC
and ICANN/Board.

Thanks,
YJ
