A bullet is quicker (if aimed well). That is about the only difference.

Another way to interpret this, is; the USA is just paret of the world.
It is only one country. It has only a small proportion of the world's
poulation (compared with other countries.

No, we have seen that in action (or, should that be inaction), already,
and, the damage that can do.
I prefer democracy.
Considering the nature of the writings of Sotiris, in the message to
which I respond, would it not be better, to replace the special interest
group constituencies, with a council of representatives, one from each
formally recognised country, with each representative having equal
voting power, whether the country be Sierra Leone, or the USA? That
would be interesting.
