RE: [wg-review] [CONSENSUS] IS A LOADED TERM...
It is my understanding that Sotiropoulus is making a motion that we include
a addendum that explains the problems that we have had agreeing on what a
consensus is. It seems to me that would be important for DNSO to understand
what problems need to be overcome and what terms need to be more clearly
defined in order to make things operate more efficiently. Was I incorrect
in my understanding?

Out of order gentlemen, in a majority one does not make a position, and then
move his own position, and hurredly seek a second.
May I suggest that the problem of "What is a consensus?", be included as
something which must be addressed with a note that the method of determining
consensus is strongly questioned by a strong minority.
Sincerely,
