But, here's the question; does that law apply to the Internet, and, to
the gTLD domain names?
If it does, by what authority, given that USA laws generally do not
govern every other country in the world, and, generally do not take
precedence over the laws of each other country in the world.
And, if so, then, the USA has indeed decided that the Internet is, and,
shall be, its property, and, shall be governed by no-one else.
If not, then, it doesn't really matter.
