I think Kent makes a good point here. The focus should be placed on protecting those who are not being punished, from being dealt with in an unfair
manner. As I am aware that this is the current procedure instituted by ICANN in the event of registrar failure (having been informed of it by my registrar), I
am completely satisfied that this is a sufficient measure. It seems that ICANN does get some things right after all.
