Well it can be free as the BC (Business Constituency) did; we asked
the members to volunteer to translate the web site, and now the main
documents of the BC is in three languages besides English (Arabic,
French and Spanish).
As for the ICANN we as TAGI volunteered to translate to Arabic (we
are waiting for the approval and mechanism from Mr. Roberts and Mr.
McLaughlin to start they both welcomed this idea), and I am sure
other members from other countries will do the same, since they want
ICANN to be more exposed to the world.
