I strongly support that idea of including the need for facilitating multilingualism
in the report.

While also recognizing the need for volunteer job as regards translations, I
definitely would go for a clear budgeting of that activity within Icann's regular
budget. The reason for this, at least from my experience with the Mitf Africa group
is  that volunteers do not always  meet deadlines  and thus, diverse linguistic
groups do not have the same information at the same moment..and do not react at the
same time..
