That is certainly a position that some people hold, Derek. It is hardly 
relevant, however, to a conversation aimed at improving the process inside 
the DNSO. This working group welcomes constituency members, and their 
concerns. By it's nature it seeks to incorporate them into the process, 
rather than suggest they leave.
