Hello WG-Review members,

Appreciating MINC board who has approved to support
DNSO WG-Review's teleconference upon the urgent request,
I also would like to thank Michael Gendron who initially 
volunteered for the bridge and Greg who tried to sort out issues.

I tentatively put 20 people for the teleconference, 
so it will be of help to notify your participation in advance
not to avoid lack of ports just in case people cannot have 
proper access due to its limited lines.
