i cannot agree with your selection of the time for the call. the time of the
day scheduled  does not appear to de designed AT ALL to encourage any
participation from most of  Latin America, Europe & the USA.

i would also like to know who is paying for the call. Is it MINC ? and if so
as a member of Minc i would strongly protest this action and personally feel
that issues # 8 & 9 listed below do not belong on this agenda as they will
easily get diluted in importance when "lumped" with the other DNSO review
issues.

 I do not understand why the language/translation issue is being dealt with
in the context it is here.

I am terribly concerned that this important language/translation issue will
get lost and give a second-level status in the context of all the other
issues listed in the agenda.

the language /translation issue is a problem which needs to be addressed
totally separately as it exists throughout the entire ICANN structure
(including all SO's) .
