RE: [wg-review] [Teleconference] WG-Review Teleconference
It is unreasonable to expect colleagues in Europe and N. America to be
capable of functioning at their best between 4am and 7am or Midnight and 3am
respectively, even if they are willing and able to attend. I would suggest
9pm-11pm GMT ( 4pm-6pm EST USA, 6-8am Wednesday EST Australia).

Subject: RE: [wg-review] [Teleconference] WG-Review Teleconference
Logistics:
1) How does one register for a port?
2) Is there a further notification process?
Agenda:
1) IMHO 4 and 5 are inter-tied. If we are considering the MHSC suggestion of
abolishing the constituencies and having the GA elect all the NC seats then
4 becomes irrelevent. However, if we wish to consider some compromise
proposal (making the GA another constituency), then we still have to take 4
and 5 together. Only with status quo can we consider them separately.
2) I disagree that 8 has any place at this low a level. It should be up at
ICANN BoD level because it is an ICANN-wide problem.
3) WRT item 2, what next period?
