To All:

I have received numerous emails today, and have updated the web site.

The original conference call was going to originate from the US, but the
funding fell through.  That source was going to originate all calls, and
that is why they needed the phone numbers, but we do not really need them
now.  (There is probably value in maintaining the participant list and I am
willing to do so)

At this point Ms. Parks has made arrangements for the call to bridge through
Singapore. Those that want to participate can see the website for details.
The web site contains the logistics (time, telephone number, and agenda).
It also has a list of participants.  I will also be glad to post the
minutes if someone would like to send them to me.

*At this point, I am waiting for the FINAL agenda, and the ACTIAL time.
There still appears to  be some confusion.*

I have a question for the group - Is there some reason that we can not wait
until the weekend for the conference call when rates are lower?  I might not
be thinking clearly (its late) and there might be reasons that the call
needs to happen tomorrow.  But, I know in my case that I will have to for
the pay the call myself.
