To say the least. I'm going to take responsibility for postponing this call.

At this point, I feel very uncomfortable continuing for tomorrow. While the 
desire was to complete this before the NC teleconference, whatever time we 
come up with on this short notice simply is not going to work for some of 
the people who want to participate, and we should be more concerned with 
participation than with getting it done immediately. Between language 
issues, time zone issues, and email issues it seems to me we simply have 
too many problems to do this tomorrow.

No reason not to do it on a weekend that I know of, but a reason not to do 
it this weekend in particular. YJ mentioned to me that there will be a 
lunar new year holiday in Asia for much of the week. There may well be 
other opinions I'm not aware of at this point.

Is there ANY reason we cannot do this on February 3rd at 12 noon GMT? That 
gives us 11 days notice to arrange our schedules.

Paris - 1:00 PM
New York - 9:00 AM
California - 6:00 AM
Singapore - 8:00 PM
Melbourne - 11:00 PM
Wellington - 1:00 AM Sunday February 4th
