[wg-review] Disregard my last message about teleconference

Dear WG-Review members,

Once again, messages have crossed in transit. Please disregard my last 
message since YJ went ahead and scheduled it. firmly. In the future, one 
person needs to co-ordinate these activities, and set the agenda for 
agreement. It doesn't work to have one chair asking the other to take care 
of something, and then making the decisions.
