Sotiris, I'm all for it. I've been very nervous ever since the @large study
group was announced and several specific queries as to ruling out
dissolution of, or other removal from effectiveness, the at large membership
of ICANN were not answered. It was merely re-stated that the at large study
was to have, words to the effect of, no limitations or mandates what so
ever. Scary when coupled with the members that aren't members in the
bylaws.
