Taken and made, I'm afraid.

Perhaps you might have some idea as to why a discussion as significant as the DNDEF 
issue was left out of the so-called "report"?  Of course, I'm not trying to take you away from anything...
I guess I'm just asking you for a speculation, you know, "something to do between compiles".

Or, maybe you can identify the warrant for the purported WG statement involving correlation of 
the IDNH/O with the @Large in any way, shape, or form within any "report"?
