Re: [wg-review] Voters should indicate they voted!
I am happy to see that you voted. That's 1 vote! Where
did the other 24 votes come from?
* Mr. Stubbs indicated that he did not vote.
* I did not vote.
Let's get one thing straight here, how can anyone here expect to develop
this WG membership and participation when the very foundation of this WG
itself does not know where its votes for direction are coming from?
The voting problem is a real issue and I believe that it needs to be
addressed first, or else, the participants in this WG appear to be only
passing time together discussing large subject matters that this WG will
never have the influence to advance.
Who else in this WG voted?

Derek and others we have more to do on constituencies and should be
rocking
and rolling on the GA by now. The hard work of Dassa on the specifics
of
forming a new constituency, Joanna's web site, the work just turned
in by
Greg and of course the procedures for consensus building are huge
contributions. Let's build on what we have started. Remember
that no matter
how the reports are received and used by the Force or the DNSO good
work
will be used by many for proposals in the future.
Does any one know if the GA has a specific item of discussion right
now.
Obviously the problem with the empty chair needs to be remedied by
better
procedure. Are they a large rudderless ship at the moment?
Sincerely,
