[wg-review] ICANN Launches At Large Membership Study -- Carl Bildt to Chair Study Committee

Sorry about not sticking with the thread...don't know where this would
actually fit...perhaps under 4.  Work Groups?

Is this working group reporting to this new committee?  Is the new chair,
Carl Bildt, participating in hearing / reading the various comments from
this particular work group?  Are we just part of the public comment
section?  Who actually submits our report and to whom?

Finally, does any report include the actual names of those participating on
this list along with their backgrounds, work experience, affiliations,
etc.?
