Sorry for appearing so brutal with my statement below. However, to
limit WG communication regarding subject matter is definitely not the
right thing to do, unless the communication is clearly not of any real
substance or lacks merit concerning the advancement of this WG.
This WG should not promote limiting relevant communication that serves
this WG.
[MOTION] Let's vote on whether we should solve the voting problem that
I have raised.
Instead of the Chair and/or Co-chair of this WG suggesting the
above-mentioned motion, they have allowed this matter to continue like
it has. To their credit, maybe it was their way of acknowledging that
the voting matter I raised has merit while answers to the voting problem
were being developed here. That is what this WG is for.
