Yes indeed, Songbird hosts web sites, and at very reasonable rates, too.

Sorry, don't know what you mean by that. The IPC is a customer of
Songbird, as are many other companies, organizations, and some very
creative and talented individuals. I have personal friends in the IPC;
they needed a place to have a website; that's what Songbird does.
In fact, I have been involved in domain name issues for a long time, and
I am very proud to say that I have personal friends all over the place
-- in every constituency, on the board, on the ICANN staff, and
elsewhere. There are a lot of very fine people all around ICANN.
