Voting - I think you, bukko, and Gene Marsh, so far
Summarization - Marilyn and Kent.
Not sure about Phil King - Phil, should I count you in favor of both? :)

Of course we are. I meant "members of the WG who will publicly volunteer to
work on a specific part of the report so as to avoid duplicate effort and
not dump it all on one or two people". Was that unclear?

As opposed to chair. I do try and differentiate personal comments from
chair comments.
>Perhaps, Mr. Chair, you'd care to organize an expulsion vote?
Absolutely not. Never and in no way do I want to expel anyone - ANYONE -
from a group. Ever. The responsibility is mine if I can't persuade someone
to act appropriately, and I've failed to do that here. In the future, I'd
support GA-style rules with a monitor to judge appropriateness and
temporarily suspend posting privileges, with an "unfiltered" list that the
person could still post to if they were suspended, and the ability to limit
the number of posts per poster per day. I also think the preliminary report
from WG-D is good. But expulsion? no....that way leads to excessive power
and abuse from the chair, and I really think it's a bad idea both
practically and philosophically.
