Peter,

I have added the proposal for a distinct ccTLD SO,
which participates in DNSO process and funding to
the List of Topics of Interest at
http://www.worldatlarge.org/DNSO.html as item 4.b.

I wonder if there is a proposal outline kicking
about among the ccTLD Constituency which might be
referenced?
