[wg-review] DNSO Proposal Collation

All,

In an effort to organize the discussion(s), I will
be actively selecting relevant comments on the
various proposals and adding them to the submitted
outlines.  Joanna Lane and Kendall Dawson are
working on setting up a Blogger style website
which will make it easier to keep track of the
various comments and threads specific to each
proposal outline submitted.  In the meantime, I
encourage those of you who have any proposal ideas
to outline your thoughts and submit them for
posting and Group comment.

I have added the latest comments on Jefsey's
proposal at:

The general idea behind this set up, is to subject
the submitted outlines to open Group commentary
and to have the various authors take the comments
into consideration for any possible revisions they
may wish to entertain.  Once the new web site is
up, we will also set up a schedule for the editing
and final drafting of all received outlines.  As
there is an evident divergence of opinion on DNSO
reorganization/restructuring, I think it is wise
to include as wide an array of proposed frameworks
as possible within any final report issued by this
WG.  If anyone has anything to add on this wise,
please post your suggestions/comments.
