I have now added Darryl "Dassa" Lynch's proposal
to the List of Topics of interest as 3.d. at
http://www.worldatlarge.org/DNSO.html

I encourage those of you who have drafted
proposals in the past, or have an interest in any
of the Topics to post your suggestions to the WG,
or send them directly to myself for inclusion on
the List.
