Danny your complaints seem's tautological. The reason for the existence of a
review process and a review WG is because we all recognise there are better
ways to operate than we do now. Your complaints about lack of policy
progress within the NC I agree with completely. That is why we now have a
business plan (adopted 11 days ago) which specifies both issues and process.
