Kent Crispin writes:  "Members of this WG represent only themselves."  This
strikes me as an unnecessarily arrogant remark.

We are perfectly willing to attest to the fact that the importance of the
VeriSign discussions has temporarily overshadowed postings on the WG-Review
list.  We would not expect the situation to be different in view of the
seriousness of this matter.  Yet it should also be acknowledged that we have
personally written not only to every single member of the NC, but to every
participating member on the GA list to participate in these discussions.
Our record of Outreach is clear on this point.  Just because members are not
posting does not imply that they are not listening in to the dialogue.  They
may choose to actively participate at a later point.

Perhaps Mr. Crispin can document his own efforts at bringing more members
into this discussion.  We are working constructively to discuss possible
structural changes to the DNSO, offering everyone the opportunity to present
their case.  What exactly are you doing, Mr. Crispin?
