Dear Council,
I agree upon the point made by Nigel.
If I have to choose between 10 weeks and 8 weeks,
my heart would go to 10 weeks.
However I have to recede a bit for compromise,
yes 8 weeks fine.
We need more time to consider.
I hope those who may think it's already slow enough would understand
what other side of people would think of this process.
