Please coordinate with Paul Kane.  The NC has to make a decision within the
next couple of days as to whether it wants to fund the LA webcasts.  Paul
will in turn coordinate with John Crain to set the schedule and get a room
assigned.

I want ICANN staff to get out of the business of setting DNSO meeting
schedules.  Subject to the availability of rooms, etc., those decisions
should be made by the DNSO itself.  Once the DNSO has reached a conclusion
(within a few days, I hope), Paul Kane can communicate with John Crain to
coordinate actual meeting room assignments, etc.  We will do our best to
meet them, but cannot (of course) make guarantees.  As to the webcast,
that's a financial decision to be made by the NC.

[ I don't know who has the authority to tell you that the DNSO/GA would like
[ to meet in MdR, that we would like to have the meeting webcast, 
[ that we have
[ no whatsoever idea so far on how to fund it, and that there will be
[ definitively interest in having a meeting of some kind of DNSO-review
[ WG-or-whatever-called-group-of-interesting-parties (possibly under the
[ responsibility of the GA, if there's no action by NC on the subject).
[ The meeting for the discussion on DNSO Review should take place 
[ prior to the
[ GA, and the GA prior to NC (if there will be one).
[ I will volounteer to be the contact person for the GA meeting(s), if no
[ superior authority will be appointed by the NC.
