Re: [council] Time of Nc calls



fellow members...

i feel that this suggestion is probably the most equitable, given the timing
and comments by others who have already blocked out this time slot for the
conference.

i cannot take a decision to myself in this case as we are endeavoring to
adhere to a set of procedures here and, given that the intake commitee has
this responsibility for scheduling & agenda, and , even though an apparent
mistake was made here, i fear it is just too late to unilaterally correct it
at this point as public notice has also been given
