Philip, with respect to item 3, as you know I had initially objected to this
change.  However,  based on the subsequent comments of other NC members and
after speaking with my Constituency, I am willing to go with the flow and
remove the exclusion.  I therefore wondered since this does not appear to be
a contentious issue whether we could simply do a vote by email unless there
is someone else who has an objection?
