the Names Council does not simply vote on any motion proposed. We first :
- assess the need for the motion's objective
- then discuss it at a telephone or physical meeting
- then vote at a meeting.

At present you have suggested:
- there is a need for the commitee to have ascii and non ascii experts -
AGREED

- you suggest this should be achieved in part by the DNSO asking for an
extra seat on the committee. BUT, the current mix of the committee is
already full of non ascii experts.

So, what reason is there fo rthe DNSO to ask for one more rep?
