As I said before: In order the DNSO has also a full coverage of IDN
issues. It is not enough that the IDN commitee be diverse (the second
motion). Also it is important that DNSO has a full coverage of this
issues (the first motion).
As the steps you said it is has to be taken, I have seen some motions
that never was discussed by phone or physical meetings that has being
undergone votation, and also some motions has being voted online after
some discussion online. Only you and Milton has contributed with the
discussion of this motion, as far as I remember.
