  Thankfully, contrary to WXW's comments, William doesn't speak
for "The rest of us"!  >;)

  IRV voting model seems after I have done some more review and study
as well as seeking our directors input, to be quite viable and much more
representitive to other alternitives discussed here very recently and
some months ago....
