Eric and all,

  Possibly Patrick was a bit premature on his self promotion in terms
of confirmation?  Who knows.  I am glad to see that a more
reasonable and proper "Title" has been self restored.  >;)  I
can't help but wonder if Patricks desire for a promotion
previously was in some way a enhance to his motion?
In any event, it seems that this motion is DOA.
