  Indeed the IETF does little with respect to the supply side, which is a
particular problem at present.  And indeed also, the IETF is not
coming close to meeting the Demand side with respect to perceived
demand for stakeholders.  A very particular and increasingly intense
problem the IETF is not facing due to the IETF culture.
