Jefsey and all assembly members,

  We agree with your position here (see below) Jefsey.  However as you know
it seems that the ICANN BoD, staff, WIPO and of course Verisign/NSI
doesn't.  Indeed this is a shame that they don't.  But in reality, stakeholders
are only potential "Customers" to these entities despite their signed
contracts to the contrary.
