  None that I am aware of either.  None the less John's point is still
well taken as the ICANN BoD and staff have oversight responsibilities
under the MoU, which is a contractual agreement with the NTIA.
In addition the stakeholders have predominantly and frequently
found that the preactice of stockpiling Domain Names is not
desired.  Yet the ICANN BOD and staff have continued to turn
a blind eye to this practice by some.
