  Those whom serve to divide should be re-educated or seek re-education,
or be removed form any position of responsibility within ICANN.

  Agreed.  That is why I specify my comments in this regard to the
ICANN BoD and staff...  I believe that Russ's comments were
indirectly directed in this direction as well.  So perhaps you mistook
those comments thus far on this and two other threads.

  I disagree entirely with this assumption.  And my personal experience
also tells me that this assumption is incorrect as well...

  We can complain to each of the registrars/registries individually and
persistently.  We can also complain to the Internet or mainstream
press. Complaining or reporting abuses to the ICANN BoD and
staff is practically useless.  In addition copy all complaints or reports
of abuses to the proper individuals within the DOC and the NITA
each and every time.
