  I prefer to allow for any GA member to begin asking their questions
BEFORE the endorsement phase is completed or even begun.  Answers
or non-answers could play a pivotal role in whom is going to be
endorsed.

  Additional questions and answers form the candidates also may help
members in their decisions as to whom they would endorse.

  Being quick on your feet or on the stump is a strong indication as to
