Roeland and all assembly members,

  As you know Roeland, there are many leaders that believe that
participation or at least active participation is not a leadership skill.
It would seem that Ken is amongst this school of thought.

  You and I on the other hand, believe in leadership by example.
Active participation is part of that school of thought of leadership.
